As Chief Equity Officer at the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA), he leads statewide efforts to implement anti-racist policies, embed equity into agency operations, and ensure compliance with civil rights mandates. His work helps shape a more inclusive public sector where all veterans—regardless of background—can access services with dignity and trust.Joe is also the founder of The Fair and Impartial Foundation, a consulting firm dedicated to supporting organizations in navigating DEI challenges with integrity and impact.
